The Children's Hospital Butterfly Run 2022 welcomes all runners to benefit East Tennessee Children's Hospital. The Butterfly Run will return on Saturday, August 6, 2022 to benefit Children's Hospital. More than 1,250 runners participated virtually in 2021, we are hoping for an even bigger crowd this year.
